Group Birth Prep Course

This Group Birth Class is the perfect way to prepare for your upcoming birth experience. This fun and interactive class is designed for couples planning all types of birth, including medicated, unmedicated, hospital birth, home birth, and more. You'll have ample opportunity to learn, ask questions, and connect with other parents-to-be (registration includes one in-person class session going through lessons 1-4 and one online class session going through lessons 5-6). We'll will guide you through everything you need to know to feel confident and prepared for your big day. Join us for a truly empowering birth prep experience!  

*Note: 1 ticket per couple. The in-person class will be held January 25th from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The online class date and time is TBD, but will be determined on January 25th.
